Afton McKay Wise and Baby Cooper, of Norwich, died Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Wichita, Kansas. Afton was born the daughter of George and Alleen (Harrison) Wise May 8, 1988 at Wellington, Kansas.
She was a 2007 graduate of Norwich High School and while attending there she was very involved in sports, and other organizations. Afton was fond of outdoor sports, horses and cattle, working with her dad, baking and cooking, mud runs, singing, and time spent with her fiancé, family, and friends.
Above all, Afton loved her sons Tanner and Gunner and was looking forward to the birth of Cooper.
Afton is survived by her sons, Tanner and Gunner of the home; fiancé Andrew Ryder of Kingman; parents, George and Alleen Wise of Norwich; siblings, Brock (Katie) of Norwich, Clint (Danni) of Kingman, Bryce (Dakota) of Belmont, Bailey (Denver) of Mulvane and Trent of Norwich; many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday at the Norwich Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the Norwich Baptist Church, Norwich, Kansas.
Interment will be in the Upchurch Cemetery, Norwich, Kansas.
Memorials may be made in memory of Afton to the Afton Wise Memorial to help with funeral expenses and may be left in care of the mortuary.
