Stephen Eric Weber was born in South Norwalk, Connecticut on November 11th, 1953 to Damon and Patricia (Fraizer) Weber. Stephen graduated from High School in Silver Springs, Maryland. Norman James, 87, passed away on July 29, 2026 in Caldwell, Kansas. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis; daughter Toni Storm and son Matt James. Following cremation, no services will be held.
