Milford Lee Wencel, age 97, of Wichita, Kansas, died on April 20, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Milford was born in Caldwell, Kansas, in 1928 to Rose and Frank Wencel. He graduated from Kansas State University and served in the United States Army from 1951 to 1953. He worked at Boeing Aircraft Company as a project manager until his retirement in 1985.
