Bob Merritt, 95, passed away on September 12, 2026 in Wakita, Oklahoma.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at Schaeffer Mortuary in Caldwell, Kansas with Chaplain Gary Miller officiating. Interment will follow at Spring Creek Cemetery in Grant County, Oklahoma.
Memorials may be made to Hope House of Guthrie or to the Community Health Center in Wakita and sent in care of the mortuary.
Sending prayers for the family. I never met him but I felt like I knew him from the stories Kristi would tell us at work. He sounded like a wonderful man. Reminded me of my dad. I'll be thinking of all of you.🙏❤️ Edie
