Chuck and I grew up in Oklahoma where we attended the Springdale School with Mildred Marshall teaching all eight grades! He was several years older but we all played in the harmonica band with our matching capes and hats. I have fond memories of those years. May you be comforted knowing he had a long and full life.

I have been so blessed to have Chuck & Barbara as my next-door neighbors here in Ponca for many years.
Chuck, I will miss you so much !! You had a life SO well-lived. Thanks for being such a good friend.
God looked around his garden
and found an empty place
He then looked down upon this earth
and saw your tired face
He put his arms around you
and lifted you to rest
God’s garden must be beautiful
He always takes the best
He knew that you were suffering
He knew you were in pain
He knew that you would never
get well on earth again
He saw that the road was getting rough
and the hills are hard to climb
So he closed your weary eyelids
and whispered, “Peace be thine”
It broke our hearts to lose you
But you didn’t go alone
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home
My deepest sympathy to Barbara & family....
Karen

Barbara & family:
We are so sorry for your loss. I did not know
Chuck well, but you & I were school friends
for years. And I worked with Mary at the Hospital
in Caldwell. It is a small world, because my
husband worked with your son Charlie at Boeing
years ago.
Take care, Love to you all.
