Bradford Dean Albert was born April 4, 1934 in rural Caldwell, KS to Joe C. and Mildred (Kozak) Albert.
He married Peggy Prouse on July 26, 1954 and to this union were born two children: Larry Dean and Brenda Mae.
Dean worked for Walt Norton Chevrolet while in Caldwell and was also on the Caldwell police force.
Following his divorce, Dean moved to Edmond, OK and worked as a mechanic at Craig’s Chevrolet until retiring. After retiring, he moved back to Caldwell and farmed west of town.
Dean passed away Friday, Oct. 23, 2020 at his son’s house in Guthrie at the age of 86.
He is survived by his son Larry of Guthrie, OK, daughter, Brenda of Blackwell, OK, sister, Vlasta Albert of Caldwell, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and cousins.
Following cremation, no services are planned at this time.
Memorials may be given in memory of Dean to the Caldwell Historical Society and left in care of Schaeffer Mortuary.
