Joyce Marie Carlile was born May 24, 1951 to Leroy and Sarah Alice (Scott) Orr at Gardena, California.
Joyce passed away at her home in Caldwell, Tuesday morning, December 18, 2018. She was 67 years old.
Joyce married Clifford Harbison at the age of 14 and had three children by the age of 19, Tammy, Shon and Ronda. They were divorced in 1970. She was a quality engineer for TRW Micro-electronics before moving to Caldwell and purchasing the State Line Tavern in August of 2000. She had a big heart and would do anything for anybody.
Before she became sick, she got back together with her first love, Clifford Harbison.
Joyce is preceded in death by her father and mother, Leroy and Sarah Orr, brother Ronald Orr and a sister Pamela Orr.
She is survived by her children, Tammy Dupre of Caldwell, KS, Shon Harbison of California and Ronda Hubbard of Caldwell, KS; brother, Richard Orr; sister Judy Picard; many nieces and nephews.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at a later date.

R.I.P. We had some really good memories from 1986-1989. You were as unique as they come but you had a good heart. I’m glad I have video memories of the time we spent together. I was lucky to know Joycie and I won’t ever forget those times
