Stephen Weber

Stephen Eric Weber was born in South Norwalk, Connecticut on November 11th, 1953 to Damon and Patricia (Fraizer) Weber. Stephen graduated from High School in Silver Springs, Maryland. 

Stephen had a unique outlook on life and marched to the beat of his own drum instead of what society expected of him. He moved to Arkansas on April 22, 1979 to live a simple and private life until April 3, 2026, when he decided that he wanted to move home to be with his Mom for her birthday. They spent many beautiful days sitting on the porch swing listening to the wind chimes, watching the birds, and enjoying quality time together. Stephen had a soft spot in his heart for animals and took in many stray animals over the years that people had dumped off in the woods.

Stephen passed away on August 12, 2026 in Caldwell, KS. It was a peaceful death. He was very loved and will be terribly missed. He was best known for his deep, loud, and contagious laugh. 

Stephen is preceded in death by his father, Damon Weber and brother Kurt Weber.

He is survived by his mother, Pat Weber and sisters, Gretchen Weber, Becky Kretchmar, (all of Caldwell, KS) and Erika (Weber) Sprinkle and her husband David Sprinkle (of Wichita, KS), and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. 

Following cremation, no services will be held.

Memorials may be made to the Wellington Humane Society and sent in care of the mortuary.
