Virginia Mae Rozelle was born July 5, 1923 in Howard, Kansas to George and Welma (Anderson) Baughman. Following her marriage to Lindsay Darrah they lived on a farm at Howard for 15 years. Because of heatlh problems they sold the farm and moved into Howard. Shortly after moving into Howard her husband Lindsay died. Virginia moved to Florida where she lived until moving to Caldwell to be with her daughter Susan. She worked for Boeing during the wars as an inspector.
Virginia passed away unexpectedly at the District #1 Hospital in Caldwell on Monday, Dec. 24, 2018. She was 95 years old.
Virginia is survived by her daughter Susan Delage of Caldwell, 1 grandaughter, 3 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Following cremation, Virginia will be inurned next to her husband on the family plot at Gracelawn Cemetery, Howard, KS.
