Janette “Jan” Lea Williams, 77, passed away peacefully on August 14, 2026. Jan was born on October 5, 1948, to J.E. and Wilma Oathout. She grew up in Caldwell, Kansas, where she met the love of her life, Terry, in the fifth grade. From those early days, Jan and Terry shared a special bond. Stephen had a unique outlook on life and marched to the beat of his own drum instead of what society expected of him.
